AntiSpyware XP2009 (or 2008) is a fake software. It purported anti-spyware application but actually it, itself, is a rogue anti-spyware program. This is a scam to trick you into paying $30 for some useless software. Remove it immediately. How? Don't use any software from an unknown company.
